• Rice Hydrophilic Oil by the Ministry of Good Soap is a hypoallergenic, exceptionally gentle yet highly effective cosmetic product for cleansing and makeup removal. Suitable for all skin types, it is an excellent choice for problematic, sensitive, allergy-prone skin and those dealing with various dermatological issues. Despite its gentle formula, it effectively removes makeup (including waterproof!), SPF, and other impurities. A small amount is enough to efficiently remove makeup. Thanks to the emulsifiers, the oil rinses off easily and quickly with water, leaving no greasy residue on the skin and not clogging pores. It does not irritate the eyes or cause tears. Its unique formula leaves the skin not only thoroughly cleansed but also moisturized, supple, and soothed. The hydrophilic rice oil is based on natural ingredients (up to 99.7%), including rice oil, sweet almond oil, cottonseed oil, rice lipids, and vitamin E.

• Shake well before use, then apply to dry skin. Gently massage in circular motions, paying special attention to areas with heavy makeup, such as the eyes and lips. Once the makeup has dissolved, rinse off the oil with warm water.
