• Use the brush on dry skin before taking a shower. Massage vigorously with light pressure, moving from the bottom up along the lymphatic flow lines. Start with your legs, using circular and straight motions to massage your thighs and buttocks from the bottom up. Apply less pressure when massaging the abdominal and chest areas. For your back, use straight strokes from the lower back to the shoulder blades. Focus longer and more intensely on problem areas. After dry brushing, take a contrast shower to wash off skin particles and cool the skin. The duration of the massage should be 10-15 minutes, gradually increasing the time. We recommend performing this procedure 3-4 times a week.
