• Upper extensions are a comfortable procedure that, unlike other techniques, requires less time and materials. The result is nails that are similar in appearance and thickness to natural nails. To perform such a procedure, upper tips of the required shape are needed. For the process, it’s advisable to use acrylic gel or polygel. The advantage of upper forms is that they do not polymerize together with the extension material and are easily removed, which allows them to be used multiple times until they lose their curve.

• Select the appropriate size for the forms. Apply a small amount of material to the surface of the form and spread it evenly. Press it onto the prepped nail plate. Cure under a UV/LED lamp for 2/1 minutes, then remove the form from the hardened material. Shape the free edge to the desired form using a nail file.
