Directions:

Step 1:Apply High Shine Frost onto the eyelid from lash line up to crease using the applicator.

Step 2: Blend Chameleon Eyecolor into the inner crease using the pointed end of the Double-Ended Precision Eye Brush.

Step 3: Sweep Dakota onto the outer crease using the Crease Defining Brush.

Step 4: Apply Big and Bright Eyeliner in Intense Black to the upper and lower lash line. Use the sponge tip applicator on the upper and lower lash line to create a soft smoky eye.
